miniature art

We shrink the world, where tiny details hold grand stories!

Let's put away our phones and let's go on a creative, fun and exploratory journey creating miniatures!
The art of miniatures in its various manifestations has been known in the world since the 17th century. It is an activity that mostly adults are passionate about, we saw this as a great way to give children the opportunity to get to know different materials and promote fine motor skills, creative expression and awareness. This art uses the widest range of materials and knowledge in the creation of various small things. The aim of the social enterprise SIA "Small Stuff miniaturas" is to popularize the art of miniatures in Latvia as well. Miniature examples of dollhouses can be seen in the exhibitions we organize and we receive so many positive feedbacks from children and teachers in the "School Bags" field trip program, which inspired us to organize this camp last year. We were pleased with the work done and even more pleased with all the good words we received.
